03How We Work
From Port to Progress.
A structured process in six steps. Every file is identified by its Bill of Lading and container number.

Shipment Registration
We receive your file: B/L, container number, shipping line, ports of loading and destination, ETA, consignee and commercial documents.

Container Monitoring
We follow vessels and containers, monitor ETAs, confirm arrival and flag delays or status changes — so that formalities are prepared before arrival.

Shipping Line Coordination
Direct exchanges with shipping lines and their agents: information, documents, invoices and release formalities.

Charges & Documentation
We obtain THC invoices and check every reference — invoice number, B/L, container, amount, beneficiary and payment reference. Payments are made in accordance with the mandate and terms agreed with the client. Demurrage, detention, storage and other local charges can also be monitored.

We request the Delivery Order, forward proof of payment, verify release conditions, follow up confirmations and coordinate PIN codes and pick-up references.

Founded by Riza Kilic, NL Transport R7 brings together expertise in customs operations, financial management and international logistics.
With an academic background in Business Engineering and Financial Engineering at HEC Liège, alongside hands-on experience in customs and maritime operations, Riza established NL Transport R7 to deliver a more structured and responsive approach to container management.
